ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (ETA)
Delivery and shipping typically takes 5-8 working days. In some cases, it can be shorter/longer depending on different factors like order sizes. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
DELIVERY FEE
A standard delivery fee of £4.99 will be applied to any order value less than £50. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders valuing £50 or above. This will be automatically applied at checkout. Please note that free shipping is valid for UK orders only.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Within the email, you will find the information on the item(s), their price, shipping costs and the tracking information with the link to track your order. You can track your order you can use to follow your orders once dispatched:

If the email you received doesn’t contain the tracking number, screenshot the email and attach it with your order ID, and send it to support@nse.gg and we will check this out for you.
